About the workshop
This workshop will cover entire array tomography (AT) workflows including sample preparation, serial ultramicrotomy, light and electron microscopy, and image analysis. Practicals include traditional AT methods like rigid support AT and automated tape collecting ultramicrotomy (ATUM), correlative and conjugate light and electron microscopy. Novel technologies will also be discussed. |
